So dude puts an incredible amount of effort and ends up meeting a girl who immediately moves to Qatar and proposing over Skype. No firm wedding date set. Girl's using him to feel like she has someone while she's abroad and will likely call it off shortly after she returns to the states. She may or may not have the occasional one nighter with another artist/consultant/landman (depending on how hot she is). Meanwhile he's teaching math and getting another graduate degree in music.
