More details when I get back home next week...but these nightlife battles in Russia are a totally different beast. Probably the edgiest setting I've gamed around....
We're not talking jealous amateur-ish cockblocks in Poland, but moreso potentially dangerous busted thugs not hesitant about throwing punches if rubbed the wrong way....(St. Petersburg).
Things could've been better had British Airways not lost my luggage for more than a day (2nd time they've done this to me). Also, weekdays have been DEAD including Thursday though I hear St. Petersburg is much more hopping in the summers. Temperatures have been great fortunately (0-4 Celsius or 30-40 Fahrenheit) with minimal wind chill unless visiting other islands for touristy reasons.
