Starting on the cleanse tomorrow. My body feels toxic still and after 6 months of being sedentary, it needs a quick start. 12 extra lbs I gained ain't helping either. Quitting smoking cold turkey tomorrow also. It works well together as the fast will help force out the nicotine faster, thus reducing withdrawl time. It's gonna be a rough fews days coming up.

Side note- Shit, organic grade B maple syrup is up to $1 an ounce. I can buy liquor cheaper than that.
