If not and she recognizes you, smile and raise your glass like nothing ever happened. If she looks unsure about recognizing you, pretend you don't see her.
If she confronts you somewhat mellow, have a dumb excuse, even if it makes no sense, and change the subject. Or immerse yourself with another girl (she won't want to have problems with another bargirl).
If she gets really confrontational though and throws more than a few dagger glances, I'd find a way to exit and go somewhere else.
If she threatens you and demands a little cash, well, you might consider kicking down a couple thousand baht just to be done with it. Hand it over with a smile and put it behind you.
A smile and/or some extortion money go a long way in Thailand.
