I think its kind of a shitty layout where its hard to talk to chicks because of the dominance of the dance floor. The outer perimeter on the patios has some space to navigate but I just don't find it the best. If its busy, I prefer Blue Parrot or the one next to it which I cant think of the name now, down by the beach. More room to operate and you can take chicks to dark corners and get a little privacy and even slide out without her friends knowing. Mandala, not so much.
I swooped one this time, and then last time I took the Russians to Mandala, but I can't think of another time where I have swooped out of there. It's possible, but I don't think so.
Have you tried the rooftop area at mandala? I'm a big fan of Mandala but it can be a pain downstairs when overcrowded for sure.
