I don't see how you can hate on a good home cooked chicken adobo, kaldereta or crispy pata.
If your every meal is street food or eating at Jolibee's then you would have a different impression.
Seafood I don't eat so I can't comment on it but as its a country of more than 7,100 islands I assume it's decent.
