Philippino food is not bad. They have very good seafood. In Manila, I had Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Mexican, Italian, American and Middle Eastern. Thai and Indian food are also available. The local food was a bit strange...I had seaweed, black squid, and some fatty pork. But still not bad. I skipped on the street food.
You guys are giving Philippines a bad wrap for food, but I dont see the justification. Manila gets points for having tremendous variety at a good price, and the quality isn't bad either.
