I strongly suggest once the girl is interested in meeting up(she says "ok, sure let's meet up") to just use the texting for logistics. If she guns down your suggestion as to the time, just ask her "ok then, what time is good for you?" and go from there. When you get sucked into a back and forth text conversation that goes nowhere, you know you fucked up somewhere.
Here, I would have suggested "Ok so what time is good for you?"
Though it is possible she would have just flaked.
