[Greek kamaki]

White Americans look to me like a mix of 30% Anglo, 40% German, 10% Celtic and 20% undefined ethnicity (Italian?).You seldom see American with hardcore Germanic characteristics.They mixed in combinations unknown in Europe.However when I look at American films from the 50's and before I often see clearly the ethnicity (typical German, Scandinavian, English etc).Probably the mix took mainly place after the 50's.
