Sounds like a great way to get punched in the face as you're fumbling for your phone in your pocket.
I'm not talking about taking your phone out as a guy is running at you. Usually you can see these situations coming on. Take your phone out put the video on and back in pocket- you would at least have audio of him being aggressive. Basically I want to know if its legal to do this in bars.
