Here is my take on it: I think forced sterilization is unethical, but I am in favor of:
- Free sterilization and contraceptives for all
- Sterilization as a condition to receive any significant government assistance. For example, keep count of total benefits received by the household and stop them at $10K until all adults in that household are sterilized.
