Oh man..I've never stuttered so badly..and choked up so much on my words & verb conjugations like last night at Chalezinho. Probably the most beautiful talent I've seen in my life. Went 0/13 but had some good convos. No hookups, pipelining, etc. Will try again tonight being Sunday.
Allow me to respectfully digress here, but I don't see how staying in Savassi is the end all be all of visiting BH. There are some places on Rua Sergipe like Bhar Savassi, Gamboa, and Redentor that are probably good for gaming but every other place in Savassi esp near the mall is just outdoor chill with your friends type venues. Still a good neighborhood to explore though.
If you can save money staying in Santo Agostinho, Funcionaros, or Lourdes...do it. If you don't mind blowing $120.00 per night+ for a place in Savassi...then do it if it's in your budget. I'd say the action in BH is more in the clubs which are 4 miles away from everything in suburbs def worthy of exploring.
Two places I walked by on way to Chalezinho were Cacharcaria Alambique and Dos Deuses. I think these places were more lounge like venues in same neighborhood as Chalezinho.
