The funny thing was that I made the stupid mistake of changing my first name too. I got jobs with my new name but forgot it constantly so a colleague would say "Daniel can you get me a...." and I'd be oblivious and ignore them forgetting I was meant to be called Daniel instead of my real name. Only change your surname!!!
