2nd the DO NOT DRIVE theme. My dad got jammed up by militizia in moscow. He had a chaffeur. They were stopping every car on the way out from the restaurant, and checking them. He had an American passport, but speaks fluent Russian. Cop- Listen, I can hold you up at the station for 3-4 hours, or we can work something out... Dad- hands over 1k rubles. If he was driving this woulda easily been 5k roubles.
As for a man of action- yes, sober- relatively, sharing women- big no no at least in public. Everybody talks and the social circles are tiny. Keep it discreet.
