Jaakkeli, I agree - especially regarding conditions having changed rapidly. There's a middle way between following liberal fads and not changing at all. It probably lies in understanding root causes for Church irrelevance and reforming with those in mind. It's easier said than done though: the fall-out from the modernisation at the Second Vatican Council of 1965 is still reverberating and causing controversy today.
