I've done it twice and definitely felt cleaner afterward. I've since replaced it with juice fasting which is a little milder for me and more nutritious (just finished a juice fast). The master cleanse is one step away from water fasting, shit can be intense. Especially in the first 48 hours, I would get flu like symptoms the 2nd night usually.
