kosko, how long do you cycle creatine for? Edit what I said for insulin spike, I specifically used white grape juice OR cranberry juice for my insulin spike. This was back in the day before the quality was maybe as high as it is now.
A friend of mine told me that he felt his dyck was failing using Creatine. Is that placebo or is there any real to that? What about for those with diabetic tendencies? Should they watch Creatine for that?
