I'm actually down i CR as we speak - been here for the last week. Jaco does suck, spent 1 night there passing thru. Santa Teresa/Mal Pais is beautiful, good surf, but not much nightlife and I'm not even trying to game down here. Its the most beautiful beach I've ever been to but you come here to surf not chase tail.
