Depends. Morocco and Spain are seperated by a thin stretch of water. At one time the Moors over ran Spain. Do you think they just back and only had sex with their own women? You can bet there was a lot of intermingling and the Moors banged a lot of Spanish women leaving their genes to live on. Much as Latinos might not like to accept it, many of them do have some Northern African ancestry. Same is true of Southern Italy, Sicily etc.
Many times you can only tell a person's background by their mannerisms, their expressions, accents etc. Yes, they could distinguish an Arab or Moroccan from a Latino after talking to them. But, maybe not before.
