These people are still rich even with his policies. Yes, a few have lost the vacation home etc, but are still better off than the others. I'm not supporting property seizures, but the rich in this part of the world and frankly many other parts are ruled by certain families. They share the power. With Chavez, he will distribute the riches of the country more evenly.
