I still live with my folks. The advantages are having a nice ride, a boat(its miami) and currently looking at getting a motorcycle. I also am saving for a place to purchase. I have brought girls over to my folks is place. I constructed the inside to give my room a more independant vibe,knocking some walls down to expand it. None have complaint about it.
