Foods that cause acne

I recently started eating large amount of nuts everyday. (almonds, cashews, brazil nuts, peanuts)

About 24 hours later, my skin started looking better. Connection? I think so, I know the oils in these nuts are good for the skin. I saw some pretty good results almost immediately.

Will this work for you? Who knows? Too many factors involved to predict. But, generally speaking....the better your diet, the better you skin!
