Jamaica definitely isnt cheap and Mexico wouldnt be on my list since the only cheap flights from Miami would be to Cancun....I voted for Dominican Republic based on your requirements during that time of year It's great time to be there and I certainly will be making a trip sometime in January to hang out. Flights will run you in the $300 range direct to DR. Dominican Baseball League is in full swing and tons of festivals and vibrant music scene (Merengue/Salsa/Bachata/Reggaeton). The women are beautiful in the DR and much better looking than Costa Rican Ticas overall and If you are a good looking white dude you will get alot of play and attention from women.
