Assuming average person spends 100 dollars a week on food. The fat person eats 20% additional food to weigh 20% more. To be simple we'll use 120 dollars a week as the number although it's certainly more than that do to metabolism, body adjustment etc. Thats 83420 dollars extra in food over 80 years! And I'm being generous in my calculations. Can you imagine someone 50% more than the average weight or 100% over the average weight.
