That's all you need to do to get going. Just do this night after night. Eventually something is going to happen even if you don't apply any game.
Once you talk to enough girls in a casual way eventually you will learn how to spot when they are interested in more than talking. At that point you can try to kiss the girl if you know of no other way to escalate things. Even if she turns down the kiss by turning her head that can help get the ball rolling and put sex on her mind. Once you make a move it changes the whole dynamic of the conversation.
You don't necessarily have to kiss the girl but you must do something so she knows you have the balls to escalate things beyond a casual conversation.
