All depends on what part of the US you are coming from. Turkish Airlines and Aeroflot do very good deals if you are coming from Western Europe like me.

Well, I doubt that the typical provincial Russian girls looks like that; those have got to be exceptions. I'd be coming from the East coast of the US. So maybe US --> Istanbul --> Irkutsk (or something like that). I'm wary of flying Aeroflot.
