Will American girls be just as slutty in 20 or 30 years? I don't really think it will ever be to bad if you're a decent looking guy that knows how to talk to girls. The main thing that currently bothers me is fat girls. I could work around the attitudes and other bullshit if the girls were as thin as they were in our parent's and grandparent's time.
