So are you saying Kendall is a good area to live in? "Good" for me would be close to somewhere I might be working, probably in hospitality. Lots of fly girls around. Lots of places around to meet people, I.E. Restaraunts, nightclubs, coffee shops, bookstores. Being within 5 miles of the beach would be a huge plus as well, or at least having easy access to the beach, like a 5-10 min. bus ride. I've seen a lot of good deals on rent in the Kendall area.
