American clothing is a bit wanting. Fly to Asia and get a few custom suits and shirts. At the right place, they will be super high quality and hand made to your spec (material, style). any chance those items can be ordered online? I realize you won't be fitted, but can you at least get the quality suit online and have it altered in the States?
