Goiania is indeed a good option but I would also suggest the following cities:
- Cuiaba, good interior city in Mato Grosso. Met a few guys and girls from there and they've all been very friendly and gave a lot of praise about Cuiaba. Yes it gets hot as hell but girls are hot, speak english and it's a fairly developed and safe city.
- Pick any 2nd tier city in the interior of SP or Minas and you couldn't go wrong: sexy, beautiful, friendly girls, not too expensive and yet still within driving distance to BH or SP and easy short flight to a beach if you get bored.
Oh and I would avoid Curitiba, yes there are a lot of eye candy but they are cold and unless you get into a social circle, it'd be very hard to get in with a quality girl. Plus it get fairly cold in the winter.
