I was thinking the same thing. That short vid is the coolest part of the movie and has actually nothing to do with the rest. The movie still sucks balls. I couldn't wait for it to finish.

Regarding the release forms I'd suggest you look up Sasha Cohen and how he was able to get release forms from the people for Borat.
