As for the original claim that New York has been ruined… what does that even mean? The only time that New York has ever been “found out” is when Peter Minuit bought Manhattan Island for $24 for in beads and used rubbers, or however that story goes. There’s mad songs, movies, tv shows about New York being a make it or break it kind of place. People have been coming to New York to seek their fortune, literally for hundreds of years.
Here’s the bottom line. New York, as far as women go, is the land of opportunity. It’s not the Philippines or Bangkok where chicks are going to line up to fellate your broke ass just cause you have an American passport and aren’t an obvious herb. NYC is a different kind of poosy paradise. The average dude might struggle, but even he will eventually land a few dates and a girlfriend of roughly the same attractiveness. For a dude with game, though, that isht is wide open like Ke$ha’s vaj.
Any man with game should be able to roll into New York and be able to consistently catch a rap with girls a notch above him. A male 6 with game should be able to fairly easily bang NY 6s and 7s. Any man with game who actually lives in New York or spends enough time to lock it down should be able to consistently score girls two notches above him. If you cannot do that, then you just don’t have game. That’s it.
I agree with the majority of this and believe the biggest factor here is number of approaches. The good and bad thing about NYC is they are very quick to judge. I went into one bar on lower east and had a few blow outs "wow you are really eye fucking me get out of here" and had the very next one making out within 15 minutes. Basically, if you have high approach anxiety and have a big ego that will be destroyed by being turned down, NYC is not for you.
On the other hand with decent game, finding the right venue and approaching like crazy... You'll be absolutely fine.
