For young guys out there the best lesson I learned from the pops was "just because you are older doesn't mean you know what you are talking about". But the old adage "respect your elders" will always be around. So find out whatever they believe and simply agree with them by aligning with their belief system and act as a complete slave, then if there is a single slip up, you murder them and take over their work getting them fired in the process. As always the most dangerous person in the room is the one with nothing to lose... Which is why saving $$$ is king.
