You young uns and this gay texting nonsense though. Stop interpreting toneless text messages like chicks. Phone them, talk to them, listen to their tone, and tell them whats happening. Phone the bitches, texting is to send directions or give a short confirmation or updates. Nothing more. And short calls, cut them off after 3-4 minutes, you too busy.
Again, this strategy works fine when you have at least one or two 9's to open a week. I've literally not seen anything better than an 8 in months where I live. That's reality. I don't give a fuck to interpret anything a girl says but if you think that the market reality of a 9.5 in southern USA isn't miles different than even a girl in Tampa, sorry but you will be rudely surprised. Their egos are fucking sky high. The first call will be ignored in almost every situation. They HAVE to filer. If you don't build at least a small base of comfort, you have no chance and sadly the face to face window of establishing that, in this situation, was about 10 minutes.
The KEY is getting them face to face again, which I am a specialist in handling. Getting them there is no doubt a major feat. Again, 8's are not a major issue for me.
