Great data sheet Noeman! Romania is really growing on me and I already put it in my list to do in the near future.
You mentionned that about 50-60% of them speak English, did you notice if they speak any other languages such as French, Italian or Spanish? Romanian is quite close to Italian and a Romanian guy I know said that with Italian, I'd be able to understand and communicate at about 70-80% of them. I also noticed from interacting with Romanians overseas that they also like to speak French and quite a few do. Did you notice many if any in Timi that speak it or are they more located in Bucharest?
