As said, if its in a club or crowded nightlife place or party or something-I'll walk ahead and be holding her hand. You lead her to where you want, plus if its in a crowded place and her hand is in yours-you can pull your hand behind your back (so your arm is almost in a v shape behind you, with your elbow pointed down at your waist and your hand near your shoulder blades) -which then her hand is high up and people can easily see you leading her which might lead to social proof/people will see you guiding her-yadda yadda. (Not obviously dont hold it open for a damn caravan to walk through. Just for a slight bit. Its one of my BIGGEST pet peeves when you hold the door open for someone and they don't say thank you. It seriously makes me want to go back in time, and close the door/let it swing just as they are walking in so it hits them because they are an ungrateful jackass. haha)

If its not crowded, yes I will open the door for and push her through with again as stated-your hand on her lower back (hitch talked about this, haha-lower back not upper back!). Its a BA thing to do. I also dont think its beta at ALL (as some people might think) to open a door for a girl or someone else. Its a nice/chivalrous thing to do (read chivalrous/courteous, not beta)-plus, if you're hanging out with international girls they most likely are NOT used to it at all and possibly really like it. Just sayin. Either way I dont think either of the two really matter, just be an awesome BA guy in general and you'll have no worries.
