A lot of EE and other foreign girls away from home (and guys) go there as it's a much more "meet a stranger" kind of atmosphere than an traditional English pub or bar where they get far less play.
I personally met loads of talent there!
If there's a special Rugby or cricket match on then it could be full of rowdy Aussies or Kiwis ,but it's usually a congenial rowdy rather than a "What you looking at ?Chanting English air of menace" rowdy.
Which location, I have been to the one on Covent Garden and use to live near the one in Islington.
