Roosh just copied Mystery's protege Neil Strass.  Strauss wrote The Game, and Roosh rebooted his Bang book under the title Game.  Mostly, Roosh used viral hate-bait articles to attract traffic to his forum.  But the most highly repped posters were all poseurs, like MiXX (who lived with his mother), accused rapist MikeCF, deadbeat dad Mark Minter, and plagiarists like The GManifesto and NASA Test Pilot.  After the forum changes, many of the members stayed.  It is just a bunch of forum addicts and losers.

Roissy wrote about the "sexual apocalypse".  Women's incomes have increased, and women overtook men in college attendance in 1980.  So, many men have lost ground, especially men without graduate degrees.  In the 1950's, a mediocre white guy with a high school degree could get a secure job with a pension, marry an obedient wife, and achieve social standing.  Nowadays, lifetime employment is over.  A man risks becoming exploited, obese, and incel in a thankless cubicle job.  Roosh and Roissy emerged alongside many other blogs to discuss lifestyle strategies in the new economic and sexual landscape.

Rollo "The Rational Male" Tomassi gave decent advice.  He was originally motivated by his brother-in-law's suicide.  But Rollo has drifted away from those issues, and has archived his best early articles.

So what is left?  What did RVF produce of lasting value?  The travel forum was distinctive.  At least it attracted interesting men, instead of incels and PUA scammers.  But is the travel info that special?  Some men actually went abroad and found wives.  If anyone thinks the forum is worth saving, then maybe they should make a post with links to the best content.

I knew about MikeCF being a fraud just looking for the next way to get his face online. He's always been a fake; good riddance. Also was on RVF when NTP started posting all kinds of outrageous shit and managed to get more "reps" for whatever that was worth, until one day someone got suspicious and checked wikipedia, finding the articles he cribbed into posts. Epic move, he disappeared. I didn't know much about Gmanifesto other than he larped as a Miami body builder and kept bragging about slaying 9s, etc. He never posted any pictures, oddly enough. 

I did not know about Rollo archiving his older blog posts, but I am not surprised. His YT channel turned into a stupid soap opera with tattooed fatties arguing over retarded topics in half profanity, half illiterate semi-English. A train wreck to watch, but the incels love it I guess. Roissy (or someone in his place) still posts on twitter, but those could be just repeat posts. He was right about the sexual apocalypse and it is only getting worse. 

Though I still frequent the revised RVF now and again, over time it gets less useful as Roosh finds new theological ways to justify cutting off discussion and turning himself into an introvert. As of December, he won't even allow protestant and catholic discussion sub forums. His first mistake after the revamp was to allow women into the forum. The crisis in Christianity is a deficit of male leadership, not lack of female participation, and this change does not help. The new male forum members are misguided plugged in virgins with no real world experience - they will get slayed the minute some single mom shakes her ass at them. It's his forum though, so whatever. If he finds me over here and kicks me off of there as a result, so be it. 

Meanwhile, I am glad this version is back and may re-open my original account here. One other thing - this is old forum software. Is there any plan to use the updated version of wordpress or whatever it is that Roosh switched to? There could be security concerns with this older version.
