I like Insomnia Bar in Old Town Minsk. It has a very long bar with a lot of walk-by traffic, ie, high chance of other patron's being around (read: good looking girls) and does not attract too many young people. Drink menu is good and the bartenders are super friendly.
Grand Cafe is overpriced for my taste and usually just see couples there, so more of a date place not for pickup.
