Interesting. The obvious difference for me was hair/skin. Hot water dries your scalp and skin out. During the winter time everybody has drier skin so I would say that even though it can be brutal, a cold shower in the winter is extremely beneficial. This is also a natural cure for dandruff so you dont have to use shampoos with tons of chemicals.
