Date? She's driving you to the hotel where you're staying. Why would you move away from the bang location? This is the furthest I'd go:
1. Drink at the hotel bar
2. Grab a bottle/mixer (maybe non-alcoholic beer for you if you want to) and have drinks in the room.
3. Order room service or postmates some food to you if you have to eat.
Worst case take her somewhere AFTER you bang her and make it something YOU want to do. Who cares what she wants to do unless what you want to do is extremely boring for a chick.
