A grown Man simply just leads. He should not be worried if people oblige of follow. Parents, especially from our generation are hard wired to preach comfort and safety to their kids it seems. They may flip at you for having certain views in the open, but if your truly doing your best and are growing into a successful Man... They won't care. My family rails hard at my views but I know its all good because I see my old man smirking with subtle approval when my two older sisters bark at me and call me a misogynist, maniac, and fool.
