I think we have different definitions of hot. I have daygamed in the financial district many times when girls are getting out of work and I often find only 2-3 girls an hour worth opening (7s or better).

I insta-approach any 8+ during the day without any hesitation, and I can count the amount of times this has happened on one hand in 2+ years.

P.S. never daygame in the Financial District anywhere close to rush hour. High volume, but it's blowout city.
