Anyone have any word on unskilled Americans getting up there? Is it a hassle? How long does it take to get the visa? I'm getting the vibe from this thread that it's hard for Americans.
I'm leaning pretty heavily towards hopping on all of this, and I'm willing to go to North Dakota if necessary, but Canada definitely looks like a better place to be rooted lifestyle-wise.
