As a white guy, is a place like Manila still much easier than, say, Mexico City?

Manila is literally one of the worst shitholes in the world.
But yes, the girls there are 2/3 times easier. If you don't know Spanish, then the number jumps to 8/9 times easier than Mexico DF.
Are they prettier? Certainly not.
That said, I would never want to have a LTR with one local girl in here (there is always the 0,01% exception ofc) while I would be very open to it with quite a few chicas in Mexico DF.
