Those people who complain about filipino food arent meat lovers or think they only fry their meat. Just find one of the many places that roast or grill chicken, pork and fish, and you will be delighted by how savory and juicy they prepare them. This week had roasted pork, chicken, tuna and tilapia with rice and chop suey. What a delight. When i go to Vietnam, Ill miss the smell of the delicious roasted meats in the Phils.
