I've said this before, you're trying to make her react to you, put her in reaction to you. She's always reacting to what you do. She's always scrambling. You're always a challenge. Something is always new.
She is always engaged.
So in that context - if the chick is reacting to you, you are alpha to her. If she is being challenged by you, in a way that she wants to rise and meet the challenge - that is value. Things that get her excited and animated and doing shit - that's what she values. In a Pavlovian sense, like she values hot french fries and cold ice cream, and warm bubble baths, and movies that make her cry. When she screams at the top of her lungs when she sees her friends - that's value.
All that nonsense about back in the Serengeti, on the savannah and shit, warriors, shamans,and tribal chiefs - r/K selection - that is all abstract - that is all intellectual bullshit to a large extent.
All those things are external markers for the type of adventure you can give her. Plenty of those MMA type dudes smash. But there are a lot of guys at the dojo, NOT FUCKING. Same thing with body builders, jocks from college and high school....etc.
