The only way to protect yourself against getting the strains of HPV that you may pass onto a woman you care later on in life which may lead to cervical cancer is Gardasil (the vaccine).
Some women get them now (although the younger ones these days due to late adoption by the school systems which encourage vaccination in Grade 8 here where I live) but the older ones do not.
So look into whether or not girls in your area get the vaccine, and even if so, pay the $200 to go and get it otherwise you get married one day and regret giving something to your wife (if you care about her)
That said if you've already fucked 100 women you probably already are a carrier.
