Unless you've done a lot of online you have no idea just how deep the dog obsession runs. Owning a dog is one thing, but you know things are bad when every other girl's online dating profile talks about how much she loves her dog (usually accompanied by a photo of her kissing it).
Most millennial girls would be appalled if you told them that they need to raise children to be fulfilled, yet here they are treating dogs like children once they hit their mid-20's single and childless. It is a weird time we live in. Women have become victims of their own movement.
