I would say OP is trolling us, except this is the new norm. He didn't say whether this was his own HR manager.
Guys spent too many porn years in their rooms and when they finally go out they choose an older Desi feminist HR manager. Plan on 12 dates not 3, and signing some forms.
What you need OP is a FUN girl. Go around looking for a girl who SMILES now scowls. And find a reason to smile yourself, during the search.
